Japan Festival 2017 was a jam-packed week of exciting cultural events taking place across some of Lincoln’s best venues during half term. The festival comprised of a varied programme that engaged, inspired and provided audiences with the opportunity to experience this amazing culture first hand. We are a non-profit festival and aim to encourage cultural acceptance, connect new audiences to a range of venues within the city and make arts and culture events accessible to all. 2017’s programme included activities for all ages and abilities, and kept ticket prices as low as possible to make events widely inclusive and available to everyone.

Lincoln based non-profit organisation Blueprint: Film Foundation organised the event to educate and celebrate Japanese Culture and share it with the Lincolnshire community.
